Dipsons Foundation shall be eligible to design, implement, and manage Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) projects and programs in accordance with the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and applicable CSR Rules.

For the purpose of CSR implementation, the Foundation may:

A) Partner with corporate entities, public sector undertakings, government departments, and institutions for the execution of CSR projects.

B) Plan and implement social development programs in areas such as education, skill development, livelihood generation, healthcare, environment sustainability, rural development, and community welfare.

C) Receive CSR grants, donations, sponsorships, and project funds from corporate organizations and institutions.

D) Enter into MoUs, agreements, and implementation partnerships for the execution of CSR initiatives.

E) Maintain proper records, impact reports, and financial statements for all CSR projects in compliance with applicable regulations.

F) Ensure transparency, accountability, and measurable social impact in all CSR-funded activities.
